forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:1-3
Jesus turned around and saw her, and said, "Courage, my daughter! Your faith has made you well." At
that very moment the woman became well. Matthew 9:22
More than that we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance
produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love
has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us. Romans 5:3-5
Even though he was God's Son, he learned through his suffering to be obedient. Hebrews 5:8
What then shall we say to this? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare his own Son but
gave him up for us all, will he not also give us all things with him? Romans 8:31-32
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, to show that the transcendent power belongs to God and not
to us. We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but
not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed. II Corinthians 4:7-9
I ask God from the wealth of his glory to give you power through his Spirit to be strong in your inner selves,
and I pray that Christ will make his home in your hearts through faith. I pray that you may have your roots
and foundation in love. Ephesians 3:16-17
Don't worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking him with a
thankful heart. And God's peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and
minds safe in union with Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
